In their words
“I turned up on a Monday not knowing a soul and not owning a set of bowls. By the third week I was in a side. That's just how this club works.”
“We booked barefoot bowls for the work Christmas party expecting a green and a bar. We got coaching, a BBQ and about two hours of very competitive nonsense.”
“Everyone finds their corner here — the garden, the bar, the kitchen, the boards. Nobody is ever short of people to help.”
“Four grass greens in this condition and a lunch that good — the May Carnival is on our calendar every year without discussion.”
